How's your Memory working for you ?

Apparently Adults 20 to 45 that have practised a certain Yoga technique boosted their spatial memory by 16%, which is important for things like loosing keys, can't find your car,etc. Some experts believe that there is a link between the nostril you breathe through and the part of the brain that controls memory.
Try this trick and see if it works for you..With your thumb or finger of right hand, gently press against your RIGHT nostril so that you have to breathe through your left nostril. Inhale through your left nostril 27 times. Repeat this process 4 times every day. Note: If your nose is stuffed up you may want to be sure your nose is clear before you do this or you could pop your ears. Not Good!
